As Sales Support you are part of the Sales department and work closely together with the Account Managers. You are the point of contact for existing customers (or partners) of Eurofiber and their first point of contact when it comes to standard requests. You are responsible for the administrative processing and follow-up of standard quotation requests, approvals and assignments in accordance with the established processes and guidelines in the correct systems. Hereby you monitor the processing times of the applications and ensure that the agreed processes are followed.
Who are you?
- Good administrative skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- You are customer-focused and have good communication skills;
- Experience in the Telecom sector is a plus;
- Good written and verbal English and Dutch, French is a plus;
- Commercial mindset and assertive;
- An ability to work independently and as a team
- An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Quick to learn & proactive
