Strategic partnership with selected contractors supports Eurofiber’s rapid growth and ambitions in Belgium
Diegem – Eurofiber has selected contractors Cas-Vos and Fabricom as its preferred partners for the expansion and maintenance of its fiber optic network in Belgium. The contracts with the firms will run for three years. Eurofiber has recently experienced very rapid growth, driven in part by the recent acquisition of B-Telecom. As a result, the company now has a nationwide network in Belgium as well. The strategic partnership with Cas-Vos and Fabricom supports Eurofiber’s further expansion plans.
“Our rapid growth provides us with plenty of new work, much of it to be contracted out, and that will remain so in the coming years: it is our ambition to double our activities in Belgium over the next five years. Both Cas-Vos and Fabricom will provide us with leading contracting services and the flexibility to realise this ambition,” says Lars Alkema, Managing Director Eurofiber Belgium.
Optimal chain integration
The selection process to identify the contractors was both comprehensive and meticulous. It was based on finding the perfect match, with Eurofiber and the contractors sharing a common vision with regard to partnerships. Chain integration plays an important role, since the activities of Cas-Vos and Fabricom will be integrated with Eurofiber’s processes.
That places greater responsibility in the contractors’ hands and allows them to manage the processes themselves, while enabling Eurofiber to make optimal use of their expertise and flexibility. Customers will benefit from guaranteed short completion times, high delivery reliability and excellent quality of service.[ssbp]
