Eurofiber employees strive to provide the highest level of service to clients. It is important for us to know what our clients think of their experience and dealings with us.
To do this, we commission an independent research company to conduct an annual satisfaction survey on our behalf. Eurofiber uses the results to identify positive aspects of the service as well as areas in which improvements need to be made. It is then simply a matter of implementing the appropriate measures.
All clients will be invited to complete the questionnaire. It goes without saying that results remain confidential.
The questions address various aspects of the collaboration. Some deal with the accessibility and involvement of our employees. Other relate to the connection delivery process as well as the operation of our Network Monitoring Centre. We will ask you whether you are satisfied with invoice follow-up and communication efficiency in the event of network maintenance operations. We will also verify whether you have received adequate information about our services and solutions.
